The Washington County Coroner has released the name of the woman who died in a fire this morning in South Strabane Township.
68-year-old Kimberly Haines was pronounced dead after the fire at her apartment at the Thomas Campbell Apartments senior living facility.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
