KDKA Radio Editorial: Vote!

Are you a registered voter who may or may not vote in the midterm election?

If you’re on the fence, we encourage you to participate.

Pennsylvanians are choosing a US senator, governor, lt. governor and state lawmakers.

A lengthy campaign season with seemingly endless political attack ads does little to make a person enthusiastic about voting, but what happens or will not happen in Washington and Harrisburg is being decided on November 8th.

With some races considered toss-ups, including the Senate seat being vacated by Pat Toomey, the margin of victory could be narrow.

Don’t let a close race be decided without contributing your ballot.

102 years ago, on November 2nd, NewsRadio KDKA started its first broadcast with election results. We hope your vote is among the results we pass along on November 9th.
