After an extensive stretch of hot summer days and heat waves, temperatures in the Pittsburgh area will get to a reasonable level. According to AccuWeather meteorologist Joe Lundberg, temperatures will be comfortable around the region.
“This is fantastic. Comfortable yesterday, today, lots of sunshine, temperatures are going to be in the low 80’s for a high this afternoon. Not much in the way of heat going forward, it gets a little warmer for Sunday and Monday but it's not the start of the heat wave.”
He goes on to later mention that there will be more clouds and an opportunity for some showers and a thunderstorm will come through the middle part of next week.
