A long-term bridge closure starts Monday morning in Wexford.
The bridge carrying Wexford Run Road over I-79 between Neely School and Valley Roads will close round the clock for an extensive reconstruction project.
In addition, I-79 under the bridge will be restricted in both directions during off-peak hours.
According to PennDOT, the detour will be the same in both directions. From Wexford Run Rd., turn left onto Mingo Rd. Then, turn left onto Rt. 910, then another left back onto Wexford Run Rd.
The bridge is set to reopen in early-October.
