A Butler County day care worker has been charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and reckless endangerment of another person.
Taylor Titley, according to court paperwork of a police investigation, threw infants to the ground several times over the last two years.
Titley, who worked at Sheryl Buffington's Daycare and Preschool in Center Township, came under suspicion after a 6-month old boy suffered a broken arm and was taken to the hospital.
Investigators say several current and former employees saw Titley throw infants onto the ground, some as high as 3 or 4 feet in the air.
