Bishop David Zubik says the chief justice is right to call for an investigation of the leaked the Supreme Court draft opinion on Roe v Wade.
The leader of the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh says the integrity of the high court is being brought into question. And the bishop believes mistrust is rampant.
"I think up to this point the Supreme Court, one of the most sacred institutions that we have in our government, has been safe from that kind of mistrust until this happened."
On the NewsRadio KDKA Morning Show, Bishop Zubik said he's also concerned about the way some people have become uncivil when speaking to and about each other, especially when they disagree on significant issues.
