PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) McCoy Road in Stowe Township has reopened for traffic earlier than expected.
The road closed to all lanes starting July 20.
The road was closed to install erosion protection to support the roadway, relocation of utilities, and replacement of pavement and a new guide rail.
