Taylor Swift fans who missed out on tickets for her upcoming tour after extremely high demand will get another shot to buy some.
The Pennsylvania Attorney General's office announced that after working directly with Ticketmaster, "a new round of ticket opportunities will be coming to PA consumers who received a pre-sale code this month."
A statement from the AG's office reads:
Emails will be sent to pre-sale registered fans for the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia shows in the coming days.
We know all too well this won't solve every complaint, but it does present those who were kicked off the site or waited hours a chance to shake it off and try again.
Two million tickets were sold in a preseason alone that overwhelmed the ticketing company.
Swift has two Pittsburgh shows scheduled for June 16 and 17 at Acrisure Stadium.
It's part of her 20-city "Eras" tour that will feature music through her entire career.
She be joined by "girl in red" and "OWENN".
Ticketmaster announced on Monday that some of who missed out on tickets would have a "limited opportunity" to buy a maximum of two tickets to an upcoming show.
