CVS expands COVID-19 vaccination efforts to Pennsylvania and five other states

CVS pharmacies are now starting to offer COVID-19 vaccination in Pennsylvania as well as Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Louisiana and Ohio.

These states will receive a combined total of 570,000 doses of the vaccine to be administered starting February 25.

The CVS website says the chain will make the vaccine available by appointment to those who are 65 or older, healthcare personnel, age 16 or older with high risk conditions or long-term care facility residents and staff.

According to the website, the vaccine is being offered at CVS locations Chambersburg, Enola, New Kensington, Reading, West Chester and York.

CVS says availability of vaccine appointment is always changing and those who wish to make an appointment should continue to check their site for updates.
