There's been lots of talk recently about possibly adding tolls and expanding toll roads to pay for Pennsylvania's infrastructure projects.

Now that we know Pennsylvania will be receiving billions of dollars from President Biden's infrastructure plan, do these funds offset those plans and push them to the back burner?
Governor Tom Wolf says on the NewsRadio KDKA Morning Show, not necessarily, because it's one-time money, and once it disappears, the question will remain: How do we fund public transportation?
“We’re going to have to figure out some way to pay for it and the commission that I said up came up with the idea of tolls, if there’s another idea out there, I’m all ears because I think the only thing that we can all agree on is that the way that we have been paying for these things in the past just isn’t going continue to work,” said Wolf.
Biden’s infrastructure plan will inject a little under $18 billion into Pennsylvania for various projects.
Wolf says for roads and bridges alone it's going to be just under $13 billion dollars.
For public transportation, $2.8 billion, broadband at least $100 million and airports another $355 million.
Other allocations will go for improving water infrastructure and wildfire protection.
