Tis the season to focus on 1Thing! The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) is hosting two online environmental education webinars that focus on backyard composting.
Webinar dates:
Wednesday, December 8, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Monday, December 20, from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
The one-hour session will detail the benefits of backyard composting and share methods and maintenance on proper composting.

The $70 course fee includes instruction plus a FreeGarden EARTH compost bin, which features an 82-gallon capacity ideal for both urban and suburban settings.
Individuals living in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and surrounding areas can learn online and then make arrangements to pick up their compost bins at PRC's eastern office in Delaware County and western office in Allegheny County.
