Early Saturday morning, Pittsburgh Police responded to a call on the 1300 Block of Paulson Street regarding a dispute between neighbors.
When Zone 5 officers arrived, they were told a neighbor had pulled a gun on another neighbor after the dispute.
Officers went to speak to the suspect, when he became combative and barricaded himself inside an apartment.
SWAT was called to assist with the situation.
After an hour and a half of communication, the suspect exited the apartment and was taken into custody without incident.
