Officers caught a Butler County man with a .45 caliber handgun loaded with five bullets at the security checkpoint.

A resident of Cranberry, had the handgun in a backpack that was seen while in the checkpoint x-ray machine.

He now faces a civil penalty for bringing a gun to a TSA checkpoint.

It's April 1st, and this is the 10th gun found at Pittsburgh International so far in 2021.
