Puff Discount Tobacco on Greensburg Avenue in North Versailles sold a lucky New Year's Millionaire Raffle ticket that the Pennsylvania Lottery says won the weekly $100,000 drawing for the Week of December 15.

The winning number 00267607 was sold between December 15 and 21.

Winners are urged to make an appointment with a PA Lottery office so they can claim their prize. The winner of the New Year's weekly raffle cannot claim their winnings at the store they bought the ticket or by mail.

The weekly drawings lead up to a chance to win one of four $1 million prizes on January 2.

According to the lottery, "Only 500,000 tickets are available for the New Year's Millionaire Raffle drawing on January 2, which features 6,000 cash prizes totaling more than $5 million.
Tickets cost $20 and will be available until 8 p.m. on the drawing date or until sold out. The drawing will award four prizes of $1 million; four prizes of $100,000; 100 prizes of $1,000; and 5,892 prizes of $100."

The winner isn't the only one who benefits from the lottery; Allegheny County received more than $126 million in the Fiscal Year from the Lottery for programs like property tax and rent rebates, transportation, prescription assistance, and other local services.
