According to a report, Steelers kicker Chris Boswell has signed an extension that will tie him for the highest-paid kicker in NFL history.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Boswell is signing a four-year deal worth $28 million.

That average of $7 million will tie him with Cowboy’s Brandon Aubrey as the highest-paid kicker in history.

Aubrey signed his deal last month.

Boswell’s deal will keep him with the Steelers through 2030.

Boswell was 27 of 32 last season for field goals made. He was nine for 11 at +50-yards.

He was also near perfect with extra points, going 42 for 43.

The 35-year-old is going into his 12th season in the NFL, all with the Steelers.
