Free agent cornerback Joe Haden may be heading back to where his NFL career started…Cleveland.

The recent Steeler posted on his Instagram page a photo of him in a Browns uniform with the words “discussion.”
That photo would seem to indicate that the 33-year-old Haden is talking to his former team about a possible contract.
Haden began his career in 2010 with the Browns, playing in Cleveland for seven seasons before being cut in 2017.
The Steelers quickly picked him up and he became a key part of Pittsburgh’s defense.
Haden had 10 interceptions during his five seasons with Pittsburgh for 59 yards and one touchdown. He had a total of 238 tackles, two fumble recoveries and one sack.
Before last season, Haden and his agent expressed interest in a contract extension, saying he wanted to finish his career with the Steelers.
But the Steelers didn’t talk to Haden about an extension and let him become an unrestricted free agent at the end of this past season.
There was some talk that Haden could possibly come back to Pittsburgh, but The Athletic’s Mark Kaboly told Cook & Joe yesterday it’s not happening.
“Joe Haden is not coming back. He’ll sign somewhere else eventually. The Steelers aren’t interested in him,” said Kaboly.
Maybe that somewhere else is Cleveland.
