The door is always open!
The 3,278 sq. ft. home that was featured on "Full House" and spinoff "Fuller House" has sold for $5.3 million.
The sale comes more than a year-and-a-half after the show creator Jeff Franklin put it on the market.
While the show was filmed in a Hollywood Studio, the exterior of the SF home was featured heavily in the sitcom and in the intro, and thus, became a go-to tourist destination for fans.
Everyone knows you're not a true "Full House" fan if you don't have a photo on those iconic steps!
Even years after the series finale, the 5-bedroom and 3.5-bath house at 1709 Broderick St. continues to be a tourist magnet in the Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood.
Franklin purchased for $4 million back in 2016 and aimed to remodel it to be a replica of how it looked on the show.
One of the perks of owning the home? Cement tiles in the backyard that feature hand prints and signatures from the show's cast.
