A woman being held against her will in Las Vegas on Tuesday was released by her captor unharmed after an hours-long standoff, police said.
Las Vegas police Capt. Stephen Connell reported that the standoff began about 9:15 AM after hotel security called regarding a man pulling the woman into a room "by force" during an argument.
SWAT officers secured the hallway outside the room at the Caesars Palace resort on the Las Vegas Strip and arrested the hostage-taker.
