WEXFORD COUNTY (WWJ) -- A Northern Michigan woman was arrested earlier this week after meth and paraphernalia were found hidden in a Toy Story box.
At approximately 8:04 p.m. on Wednesday, a Michigan State Police trooper pulled over a vehicle in Wexford County, just south of Traverse City, for not having a registration plate.

MSP said the driver was a 44-year-old man from Leroy who didn't have his driver’s license on him. The driver said the vehicle was recently purchased by the front seat passenger, a 36-year-old woman from Leroy, who also didn't have identification with her.
They ended up providing the trooper with a handwritten note that stated the vehicle was purchased on April 28.
There were two other occupants in the backseat, 42- year-old Susan Marie Winchester from Boon and a minor child.
The trooper conducted a search of the car and discovered a metal Toy Story box underneath the driver seat, which was accessible to Susan Marie Winchester.
The metal box contained a butane torch, styluses, glass pipes and a keychain with a metal container. Inside the keychain container was a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine.
Winchester was arrested and lodged in the Wexford County Jail.
The other people were released; however, police said they weren't allowed to drive the vehicle since there wasn't registration or proof of insurance.
Winchester was arraigned in the 84th District Court in Wexford County on one count of possessing methamphetamine. She was given a $5,000 cash surety bond. Her next scheduled court appearance is on May 24.
