On a game heard live on Sports Radio KFH, the Wichita State women's basketball team picked up a 66-64 win over Montana State on Friday on the opening day of the Coqui Classic in Puerto Rico.
WSU junior Mariah McCully made the game-winning basket in the final seconds, as Montana State failed to make a bucket in the final three minutes of the game.
Wichita State has now won 7 of its last 9 games.
Sophomore Carla Bremaud led Wichita State with 15 points, including four 3-pointers.
