Not a great start for KU Wednesday at Phog Allen Fieldhouse. And that slow start let Arizona State build to a 42-36 lead at halftime. However, the Jayhawks came out of the locker room and outscored the Sun Devils 38-13 in the second half.
Zeke Mayo scored 23 points and No. 11 Kansas defeated Arizona State 74-55. Hunter Dickinson added 15 points and 12 rebounds for the Jayhawks, who started the second period with a 20-3 run. KU improves to 11-3, 2-1 in the Big 12.
Next up for the Jayhawks, a trip to Cincinnati for a game against the Bearcats on Saturday.
