Coronavirus: All Animals at the Riverside County Shelter Have Been Adopted

The COVID-19 pandemic has left many of us longing for a companion and thankfully those needs have been fulfilled.

According to ABC 7, adoption demands were so high that the Riverside County animal shelter is now empty.

Riverside County Department of Animal Services Shelters is considered essential an business, so just like other shelters, they're still open.

Workers have been practicing physical distancing and they've began to see a spike in pet adoptions late last month.

There are still plenty of shelter animals looking for homes so visit a shelter in the area near you!
