A few weeks ago, Kicker Cameron Dicker was on his way to a Carrie Underwood concert with his girlfriend before getting a call from the Los Angeles Chargers to join the team.

Ultimately, Dicker ended up missing the concert and headed straight to the airport to join his new squad in Atlanta.
During Sunday’s broadcast between the 49ers and Chargers on "Sunday Night Football," Underwood caught wind of the story and delivered some good news to Dicker.
"A little birdie told me that you were on your way to our show in Austin not too long ago when you got the call to go play for the Chargers," Underwood said on national TV. "I just wanted to say congratulations and good luck tonight on ‘Sunday Night Football.'"
She went on to add, "I would love to have you out for a make-up concert, any show you want to come to, just let us know, and we’ll get you hooked up. Hope to see you soon."
While Dicker's Chargers lost the game to the 49ers, 22-16, it was a personal win off the field for the 22-year old.
