Morgan Wallen, Miranda Lambert, Chris Stapleton and Shania Twain will all be recognized this year at the 2022 Academy of Country Music Honors.
The 15th Annual ACM Honors will return to television after a lengthy absence and will air on it's new home, FOX, on Tuesday, Sept. 13, beginning at 8PM ET.
Wallen will be receiving the ACM Milestone Award, which is given to an artist for a specific, unprecedented or outstanding achievement, while Lambert will be honored with the ACM Triple Crown Award, which is awarded to an artist who has won New Artist, Male/Female Vocalist and Entertainer of the Year awards.
Stapleton will accept the Merle Haggard Spirit Award, which recognizes a singer-songwriter who is continuing the legacy of country music legend Merle Haggard by following his/her own path, crafting great songs, and epitomizing Haggard's spirit through genuine performances and great storytelling.
Additionally, Twain will be awarded the ACM Poet's Award, which is given to a songwriter for outstanding and longstanding musical and/or lyrical contributions throughout their career, with special consideration given to a song or songs' impact on the culture of Country Music.
Reigning ACM Female Artist of the Year Carly Pearce will host the awards show for the second straight year, along with a large slate of presenters and performances including Kelsea Ballerini, Dan + Shay, Wynonna Judd and more.
