Home fires claim seven lives every day, but having working smoke alarms can cut the risk of death by half. The Red Cross Southern California Region is seeking volunteers in the community to help install hundreds of free smoke alarms and help make homes safer for local families in Montclair, Corona, Lake Forest, Spring Valley, and San Bernardino.
