Simply put, it depends on your goals and lifestyle. Likely, more than you currently are.

Haha, just noticed my Year of the Cobra shirt matches my Year of the Cobra sticker on my obnoxiously large, obnoxiously purple water bottle in the background. They are so cool, and recently surpassed Pantera for "Band I Own The Most Shirts Of" when they unfortunately had a big tour get cancelled last minute. This means they had already paid for a bunch of merch, so I thought I'd pick some up because they're so rad, and also to help them out. It is on sale here if you want a new shirt (they come with sleeves)
