Metallica's self-titled album is one of the best-selling albums in all of music, with more than 30-million copies being appreciated all over the world. It spawned five monster hits, including "Sad But True", "The Unforgiven", "Wherever I May Roam", "Enter Sandman" and "Nothing Else Matters", and it was a noticable change of pace from their earlier and "thrashier" material.
On September 6th, Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony will perform together at the city's new Chase Center, and you can bet there will be a few from Metallica on the set list. If you can't be there in person, you can check out a screening at one of your local movie theaters the following month.
