KANSAS CITY – A guilty plea has been made in a case of up-skirting photos at Oak Park Mall.
It was June of 2024, inside the make-up store Sephora, when an Overland Park police detective happened to see a man crouch down behind a display and snap photos from below a group of girls - ages 11 to 19.
Austin Flynn, who was 29-years-old at the time, was detained and admitted to taking up-skirt photos at several Oak Park stores.
As WDAF-TV reports, Flynn has now pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor counts of breach of privacy.
Flynn will get a couple of weeks in jail, community service, and required mental health treatments.
