“A new album is coming — I haven’t really told anybody when — but I’ll tell you right now,” he said before taking the stage at San Tan Mountain at Gila River Resorts & Casinos in Chandler, AZ. “February of next year [2025] I’m dropping a big project.”
The big news comes alongside the release of a new song for Matthew, “Backroads of My Mind,” which he dropped last week and will be included on the project.
The new song follows a year of red-hot success for Matthew which included a gold certification of his debut single, “Love You Again,” which is currently Top 5 at Country radio. He also hit the road with Country star, Jason Aldean, on his Highway Desperado Tour and is nominated for The New Artist of 2024 at the upcoming 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards (9/26).
Chase got news of his People’s Choice Country Awards nomination in August and received a call from his Mom immediately after to congratulate him. The call happened to come through during a show for Chase, but that didn’t keep him from answering. Watch the heartwarming moment below.
In addition to all the momentum Chase currently has in the Country music world, the 26-year-old also told Gunner & Cheyenne that more big news is on the way… so stay tuned.
