Cards front office, alumni, Fredbird will be bell ringers at Schnucks on Friday

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo.  (KMOX) - That Salvation Army red kettle bell ringer you see this Friday may be a member of the St. Louis Cardinals.

The Redbirds announced that front office staff, alumni, Fredbird and others are scheduled to ring the bell and collect donations for The Salvation Army at the Schnucks Market in Richmond Heights on Friday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Those who donate $5 or more will receive a voucher good for two tickets to a Monday-Thursday home game during the 2020 season.

Some of the bell ringers include Fredbird (1-2 p.m.), president of baseball operations John Mozeliak (3-4 p.m.), general manager Mike Girsch (4-5 p.m.) and broadcaster Dan McLaughlin (5-6 p.m.).
