WILDWOOD (KMOX) -- Three-quarters of Wildwood residents surveyed say there are too many deer in the city -- they want something done about it.In an online survey posted by the board of public safety's deer management subcommittee, three-quarters of respondents said deer have damaged lawns and landscaping. A quarter say they've been involved in vehicle accidents with a deer. Nearly 75 percent say they would support a sharpshooter or trap-and-euthanize aaprogram to reduce the city's deer population.The initial results were presented to the Board of Public Safety at its meeting Thursday night.Additional editing by Alex Degman© 2020 KMOX (Entercom).
