FARMINGTON/COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMOX) — A woman is dead after a two-vehicle crash southwest of Farmington last night.

It happened at around 8 p.m. on Highway 221 near Beal Road.

The Missouri Highway Patrol says 25-year-old Jessie Skaggs lost control of her car on a patch of ice. Her car spun, ended up in the other lane, and was hit from behind.
