The devastating storm last Friday evening that came across the St. Louis region has left a wake of damage and death, and left many others hurt. My baby sister and her son both work for that Amazon facility and both are thankfully fine.

We had a chance to talk to another employee, Lorell Krenning on St. Louis Talks about where she was and what Amazon is doing to help employees with this horrible experience.
Krenning describes what it was like as the tornado warnings went off.
"The supervisors were very regimented. Nobody was ignoring it in the warehouse," she says. "They were scrambling to get cover."
There's an OSHA investigation underway and more questions are being asked about the vulnerability of the building and others like it in the area.
"Amazon has set up a hotline for us (Amazon employees) to contact to discuss issues and fears they are dealing with," Krenning says. "They really are working as quickly as they can."
