ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A 22-year old who was charged in a hit-and-run incident in February following a Drake concert that killed a Chicago mother and daughter duo has added conditions to his release on bond after a hearing Tuesday.

Monte Henderson, 22, was charged with two counts of involuntary first-degree manslaughter and two counts of armed criminal action in regards to a hit-and-run incident following a Drake Concert that killed two victims, Laticha Bracero, 42, and her daughter Alyssa Cordova, 21, who were in town to attend a Drake concert on Feb. 14.

Henderson was released on bond last Friday, with bond set at $200,000, but Henderson will have additional conditions attached to it Tuesday, which will include Henderson having to wear an ankle monitor and being under house arrest. Henderson also cannot posses a firearm or illegal substance. He also must surrender his drivers license and cannot operate a motor vehicle while on bond.

According to St. Louis Metropolitan Police incident report, just after midnight Feb, 14, a 2020 Jeep Cherokee driven by Henderson was travelling eastbound on Olive at high rates of speed from Compton, passing through multiple red lights.

The Jeep would hit Bracero and her daughter Cordova who were walking north across Olive within the east crosswalk. Both were in town to attend a Drake concert.

Both were thrown to the north sidewalk of Olive. Bracero was pronounced dead at the scene, while Cordova was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Along with the mother and daughter, Henderson's Jeep would hit two cars, eventually stopping following a T-bone collision with a 2015 Mazda CX-5.

Along with the two fatalities, three more people had to be transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

Henderson will have a preliminary hearing on March 29.
