ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -- The neighborhood around Saint Louis University is popping with new development. But walking around the area raises the question: how to make each project feel like less of an island?

Those big projects include City Foundry, with its Fresh Thyme grocery store, Alamo Drafthouse movie theatre, office building, and more, plus new hotels, the rehabbed Armory, Top Golf, several new apartment buildings, a rumored Target, and more.


Getting around, though, can be daunting.

An Urban Land Institute study looked at ways to better connect. Citizens for Modern Transit held a forum to discuss.
