ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A new mini golf venue is coming to St. Louis, but this isn't like the place you took your high school crush on a first date.

Puttshack, known as the the world’s first and only upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience announced it has signed a new lease in St. Louis’ City Foundry STL. It's expected to open in fall of next year in a more than 26,500 square-feet, two-story space.
It will include four "custom-made, tech-driven, highly competitive" courses that are powered by it's patented "Trackaball" technology. It has automatic score keeping, with chances to earn bonus points and play mini games at each hole.
"Puttshack’s unique game play is matched by an innovative, globally inspired dining menu and full cocktail bar, as well as world-class hospitality and a high-energy, upscale nightclub vibe," stated a press release. "There will be private and semi-private party spaces with direct access to courses, as well as an expansive terrace off the first floor with breathtaking views of the Foundry and easy walking access to the complex’s other attractions."
There are Puttshack locations in London, with St. Louis among cities like Atlanta, Nashville, Houston, Boston and Miami that will be the start of the company's U.S. expansion.
