LAKE SAINT LOUIS (KMOX) - Investigators believe road rage led to a shooting in Lake Saint Louis Saturday night, that seriously wounded a man.
The shooting happened just before 7:00 pm at Hawk Ridge Trail and Ronald Reagan Drive. The victim was taken to the hospital with possible life threatening injuries.
Lake Saint Louis police Chief Chris DiGiuseppi says they believe both people were armed.
There were passengers in both vehicles, including the wounded man's wife and the other man's wife and children.
DiGiuseppi said medics were able to talk to the victim before he was rushed to a hospital.
The shooter was taken into custody and is being questioned. So far no charges have been filed.
