This week the Riverfront Legacy Master Plan coalition unveiled a proposal for development of the east bank of the Arkansas River in downtown Wichita. Sedgwick County Manager Tom Stolz tells KNSS News at some point, the City of Wichita and the county will need to work together ... though the City seems to be leading the way for now.
If apporoved, the plan could cost more than a billion dollars ... and that could mean a tax increase. Stolz says that would probably need approval from voters.
