Kansas Congressman Dr. Roger Marshall tells KNSS News he is optimistic that research will soon produce a vaccine for COVID-19. The 4th District U-S Representative says a vaccine for high-risk patients could be ready by Thanksgiving.
In addition, Dr, Marshall says Congress needs to "take a breath" before appropriating more trillions in spending to fight COVID-19. Marshall commented during the Steve and Ted in the Morning Show on KNSS.
