Firefighters were called to two-alarm fire at a church in north Wichita. It happened around 4:00 Friday afternoon at 16th St. and Salina.
Arriving crews found fire and smoke coming from the back of the church structure. The blaze was quickly knocked down, and the fire was confined to a breezeway on the backside of the building.
No one was inside the church at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
