What kind of weather can we expect this winter in south central Kansas? KNSS News took that question to Chance Hayes, Warning Coordination Meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Wichita. He says temperatures will be about normal, but we could see higher levels of rain and snow.
Hayes joins us on Steve and Ted in the Morning. Hayes says El Nino, warming of the oceans, will have an impact on Kansas weather. However; he also says, "we need any kind of moisture," in south-central Kansas.
