It happened at 8 p.m. Thursday. Wichita Police said a small SUV was waiting at the stoplight at 13th and Hillside when a large pickup truck rear-ended the vehicle. The SUV rolled over, killing the driver, 65-year-old Leroy Grim of Wichita. A 67-year-old woman, the passenger in the vehicle, was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition.

Sedgwick County booking sheets indicate that 37-year-old Garett Meyers, of Andover, was booked on suspicion of involuntary manslaughter in the commission of a DUI, along with other charges.
