High Fire Danger continues for much of Kansas. Now, fire crews from Utah and Wyoming are in Kansas, under The Great Plains Interstate Fire Compact, that allows other states to mobilize and assist with any major wildfires.
The crews plan to stay in Kansas for 14 days, or as long as they are needed, depending on the need.
