Multiple emergency personnel are on the scene of a grass fire in southwest Sedgwick County that has turned deadly.

The fire was reported around 9:30 a.m. Sunday, east of Lake Afton in the 4300 block of South Cedar Lake Road. That's near 231st Street West and 39th Street South.
Emergency crews say about 4 acres of grass and a vehicle were on fire and the victim was found nearby. There's no word on how the fire started or the identity of the victim.
