A Kansas man has been arrested suspected of mistreating an elderly person. Stacy Oliver, 55, was arrested Tuesday in Parsons, Kansas by agents with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, (KBI).
Oliver was booked into the Labette County jail on suspicion of multiple counts, including: Two counts of mistreatment of an elder person, criminal threat, and felony theft.
