A man who was found dead at the base of a radio tower in Pittsburg has been identified.
Tokumatsu Platt, 27, was found deceased Wednesday morning. His body was transported to Kansas City Wednesday morning for an autopsy., which is still pending.
Pittsburg police say the Initial investigation did not reveal any suspicion of foul play.
