Sedgwick County has a new Election Commissioner. Laura Rainwater was appointed by Kansas Sec. of State Scott Schwab.
Rainwater is a lifelong resident of Sedgwick County, and a graduate of Wichita State with a degree in business management.
She replaces Angela Caudillo, who resigned last year.
