The Wichita Police Department (WPD) is investigating the death of an unidentified man in his early 20's in a creek at Glen Dye Park, near Hillside and 28th.
At approximately 10:30 a.m. Monday morning, officers were called to a submersion call in the 2800 block of N Grove Officers arrived and discovered a man unconscious in a creek. The man was pronounced deceased on the scene.
The body was transported to the coroner's office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. The investigation is still ongoing.
