Wichita police are asking for your assistance locating David Hogan, 26, who is wanted in connection to two indecent exposure cases and for a warrant through the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC).
At approximately 1:15 a.m. Thursday morning, officers responded to a suspicious character with a gun at a business in the 400 block of West Douglas.
Officers contacted a woman employee who reported the suspect exposed his genitals to her and threatened to assault her.
Also, an employee of City Arts, 334 N. Mead, reported at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the same suspect exposed himself and inappropriately touched himself in the bathroom.
Detectives distributed information on the case, which led to the identification of Hogan. Hogan is also currently on parolee through KDOC.
