Kory Anziana, 26, was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal possession of a firearm.
Prosecutors say he led Sedgwick County Deputies on a car chase, and fired several shots at law enforcement.
There were no injuries.
He's being held on a $75,000 bond. His next court date is February 10.
